MISSION EXCEL IT

Defence Accounts Department has started an initiative called MISSION EXCEL IT for: -

» Complete automation of all functions / activities of Department, which would enable the department to render professional inputs to Min. of Defence and Armed Forces for their decision making activities.

» Optimal exploitation of Information Technology to achieve enhanced customer satisfaction, improved service delivery and to cope with limited manpower resources

» Complete review of our procedures & functions in the various CDA organizations to bring about the uniformity of functioning and optimum procedures, as required in an automated environment.

» All the functions / activities of Department have been divided into 9 different Lots.

» Ability to share the information across all the Lots within DAD.

Mission Excel IT has been divided into 9 Lots depending upon the various functions of the department.

PCDA (WC) is Development-cum-Pilot-cum-Implementation site for MEIT Lot 3 - RCDA (Army) and MEIT Lot 7 - IFA/ATC Project.
